BakeWatch releases new Baking Profiling Kit

Milwaukie, OR - BakeWatch, a division of ECD, worldwide leader in thermal profiling systems, has announced a new addition to the SuperM.O.L.E® Gold line of products – The Baking Profiling Kit. The M.O.L.E.® kit measures and records ambient oven temperatures under specifically programmed settings as well as actual product or ingredient temperatures.

Improves product consistency, minimizes waste, reduces energy consumption and cost, facilitates process reproducibility, enables minimization of ingredients, and increases line profitability. As enzymes continue to evolve, extending shelf life and enhancing the baker's ability to achieve market driven demand for low-carb goods, profiling allows the baker to achieve highest quality results in an increasingly demanding baking environment.

The Baking Profiling Kit includes two 6-packs of color-coded thermocouple sets for use in ovens from 1ft –24ft widths in a variety of baking configurations with minimal clearance. With a SuperM.O.L.E® Gold enclosed in nested thermal barriers, this traveling system moves through your oven with your product and can provide profiles up to 450°F for 24 minutes. BakeWatch also has a variety of optional high temperature barriers for longer bake cycles up to 90 minutes. Complete manuals and tutorials are provided with a hi-tech aluminum carrying case. The kit will provide data from baking runs from bread to crackers and virtually anything else found in the baker's plant.

Dynamic Software Streamlines the Profiling Process:
Included in the kit is the SuperM.O.L.E® Gold SPC Software Suite 5.12 that allows the user to monitor and record temperature profiles through the baking process with up to six channels of temperature measurement. The software provides analytical tools in an easy to use and powerful Windows® based format. It allows the user to graphically chart the baking cycle with pinpoint accuracy, taking out the guesswork in balancing ovens for optimum quality control and throughput. The software also has built-in Statistical Process Control functions for advanced data analysis. Multiple language settings are included.
